The app portal is asking you to register a new password. What does this mean and what should I do?
On the last day 06/11/2019 we updated our password security policies and with this when accessing the portal you may be asked to create a new password. It's quite simple and just follow the steps below:
Enter your current login (email) and password.
Register the new password.
This new password should contain:
- at least 8 characters
- At least one upper letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
Prefer strong or very strong (very strong) passwords to increase the security of your portal.
Finally click Save and your new password is registered. You will be automatically directed to the homepage of the portal.
