How to instruct the passenger to download the My Agent App?
After finishing all editions of your itinerary, click Publish, when you enter all the contact information, click "Send App" for your customer to receive access to the app directly in your email.
Your client's login information will be: login - email that you registered in the administrative area. The password will be generated by clicking "Send APP" and as soon as your passenger changes it in the app, it is no longer visible to you and our support.
Note: The customer also has the option, if he cannot do the download via email, to search for the My Agent App in their app store, entering MY AGENT. It is available for Android and iOS.
