How do I set up my invitation email?
Each account/agency can have its own invitation email template. This template is used to pre-fill in the invitation email sent to travelers.
You can locate the invitation email template by going to "Subs" - "EMAILS" and "E-MAIL MODEL".
Important: This feature is only available for the Elite plan.
Text can include dynamic content.
For example, you'll see "Dear, [first] - Make a great trip to [destinations]." in the model, but in the email it will appear as "Dear, John - Make a great trip to Cancún."
List of dynamic variables that can be included in the model:
[first]: the first name of the traveler
[last]: surname of the traveler
[username]: traveler email
[password]: The Best of the Best
[destinations]: list of destinations included in the trip
[agency name]: account name]
[agency e-mail]: account email
[agency phone]: account phone
