How Contextual Notifications work

In this video (https://turboxplay.com.br/course/training-app-my-agent/34721/183988) you will learn how to configure Contextual Notifications.
Contextual Notifications are those that will automatically be displayed on the user's device, based on time, location or events, is a great way to engage and support your customers. These notifications will appear even when the traveler is offline.

To enable them go to the CONFIGURATION - GENERAL CONFIGUREATIONS and a column will appear on the left side of the screen, select CONTEXTUAL NOTIFICATIONS:



Important: Make sure your My Agent App plan allows this customization.
