Can I have travelers with different flights within the same trip?

Yes!

In the add/edit flight tab in the sectionTransportof your trip, at the end of the flight details, right after the DESCRIPTION area, you can select travelers for that flight, see the image below:

At the bottom of the flight editing tab, there should be a list of travelers who have been added to the trip. If this flight is intended only for specific travelers, you can deselect travelers who will not take this flight. You can then add another flight and designate the other travelers.
